Hi all, just getting back the blog section again and this time with some images (as promised!).
The Portfolio section of the website has been updated with 4 new kitchens, one being my own i
n our new house which we have just completed, having started more than 18 months ago. The kitchen I went for on my own is of a solid walnut horizontal sheeted door (a new design for us) with black granite worktops, completed with Siemens iQ700 applainces and a Liebherr side by side fridge freezer. Our portfolio section will be updated with other furniture I have crafted for the house, including; a walnut media wall with stove, cherry study unit and walnut wardrobes with birch inlay. See what you think and comments or questions on this or any of the other furniture on the website are welcomed.
The other new kitchens on the portfolio are of a solid walnut kitchen with Silestone worktops and Siemens appliances and a high gloss and walnut mix kitchen once again with Silestone worktops, with the final new addition to the portfolio is of a Parapan, solid acrylic door kitchen which incorporates a fully curved door island, shaped like a kidney bean and several other curved doors. Parapan is a solid acrylic door which means handles can be cut into the door, the doors can be curved using thermoforming and the door will never fade.
Current work in progress we have includes a house fit out in Terenure, which includes 4 bedrooms with wardrobes and desk, several vanity units and a fully panelled library/ living room units. We also have a ¼ sawn oak kitchen in Churchtown, Dublin, a large sliding wardrobe in Camolin, Wexford, a handpainted kitchen in Monkstown, Co. Dublin as well as completing kitchens in Wexford and Wicklow.
We have been amazed by the feed back regarding the Corian worktops which we are now offering and currently have several jobs with these worktops on the books, the next of which will be installed next week and images of this worktop will be updated as we progress.
Other news includes we are now offering a high gloss (or matt) vinyl door with integrated handles which offers a more cost effective solution than Parapan. We will be starring a kitchen installation towards the end of the August that has this new door and I will post images when installed.
Until our next update enjoy the rest of the summer and make the most of the fine weather!
Dave
