Over the last few months we have seen a shift in tastes towards more and more solid surfacing worktops for kitchens. The benefits include almost invisible jointing, non porous (non staining) surfaces and a worktop that is not as cold as granite or quartz. We now are accredited dealers and fabricators of Corian, the market leader in solid-surfacing.

We also fabricate Avonite, an alterative to Corian and a little more cost effective, where our new French Pippy Oak and Farrow & Ball mix showroom kitchen has an Avonite worktop as well as the vanity unit in my own home. I have personally been using Corian for may years in our commercial work more so, but as the product is quite expensive it was never an easy sell domestically. Since we can now source Corian more directly and fabricate in house we are able to compete more effectively for kitchen worktops, vanity units etc.  We can also offer a quick turn around from templating to installation.
